I love reflexology

 I have always enjoyed the feelings that the power of touch can evoke. The feeling of being cared for, nurtured, relaxed or restored and I have dipped in and out of therapeutic treatments over the years, sometimes to help me with an issue and other times just for the sheer relaxation of the moment. Life's ups and downs and twists and turns often placed demands on my physical and emotional wellbeing and I have used touch therapies to help me. And with my own family, I regularly used massage techniques as a way of connecting, relaxing and ending a week.

For many years, my husband and I ran our own community pharmacy and complementary health clinic. We were privileged to be able to help people with their health and wellbeing either through supporting traditional medical approaches or being able to offer complementary therapy. I never ceased to be amazed at the lovely feedback from people following treatments and especially reflexology, so I decided to train to be a reflexologist myself. I was amazed at the response from people which has inspired me and made my passion for reflexology grow and now I'm happy to have my own treatment room based in Great Ellingham, Norfolk.  Another passion of mine is wild swimming and I can often be found in a river or lake or bobbing around in the waves at the seaside, all weathers and all year long.

But that's another story . . .

Continual professional development is an important part of my practice and a requirement of my membership associations, so I am constantly learning new techniques to enhance my treatments. 

I am trained in Foot Reflexology, Facial Reflexology (Bergman Method), Hand Reflexology, Zone Face Lift, Aromaflex, Hot Stones reflexology, Mindfulness Reflexology, Reflexology for Menopause, Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD), Reflexology for Pain (Kruchik Method) and Complementary Therapies in Cancer Care (Butterfly Touch Therapies).
