Having trained in facial reflexology, I was intrigued to discover how this could be developed to offer a more beneficial experience.
As the years creep by, I’m quite self-critical when I look in the mirror noticing lines dark circles, tired eyes and slightly slack jawline. Botox or surgery are not for me but I do want to make the most of what I have and naturally look my best.
We don't realise how much stress and tension is held in the muscles and nerves of the face. Over time that tension creates fine lines and contributes to facial aches and pains which need a bit of help and gentle coaxing.
Zone Face Lift (ZFL)

What Could Zone Face Lift Do For You?
ZFL encourages circulation and lymphatic drainage, stimulating the collagen and elastin in the skin. What To Expect
An initial consultation will be done to establish if there are any issues that may require the ZFL treatment to be adapted or rescheduled.
Following cleansing with hot towels and the application of the award winning facial elixir, the treatment starts with facial reflexology to relax and calm the face, body and mind before moving to the use of crystal tools and specific finger techniques to more carefully manipulate and massage different areas of the face addressing any concerns you may have.
A luxury holistic facial with hot towels can be added to emphasise nourishing the skin and adding a healing visualisation and the use of herbal smudging this takes the depth of this treatment to another level
Not only will your skin look amazing and your face and eyes look subtly lifted you may experience a deeper inner peace and calm

What's Best For Me?
Depending on what you are hoping to achieve, there are different options.
A one-off treatment will be deeply relaxing, make your skin feel amazing and is an excellent ‘pick-me-up’, preparation before an event or ‘just because’.
It is recommended to have at least 3 treatments, ideally weekly or fortnightly, for better results
For maximum results, a 12 Week Programme of weekly treatments is recommended. Thereafter, treatment once a month is a good maintenance plan. This focused holistic treatment is a transformational journey, both inside and out.
A little bit of enjoyable homework, I will show you points on your face and short techniques to use at home to emphasise the treatment.
